Like a bad horror movie, #Elnino returns from the dead to terrorize with the #Oakland #SanJose #SanFrancisco Bay Area with numerous rainstorms in the month of May. Just when we said "El Nino" was dead for the year, the storms brought more rain to the Bay Area in four days then we would typically get in the entire month. Although we would like to say that "El Nino" is officially done for the season-it appears to always be lurking in the shadows to harass us, turning what is no
Photos from our President Day jaunt down to #SanJose for a holiday photo adventure via #Caltrain. With rapid development coming to its downtown, many of the historic murals will no longer be there after they are torn down to make room for high-rise condos and office buildings. So, you better get down there and get some photos before the big #gentrification transformation happens. Credit: Oakland Photo Vault 2019
A few photos from the aftermath of a Alaskan cold front dumping “snow” on Mission Peak in #Fremont and Mount Diablo in #Concord #California. We say “snow” because it was more than a “dusting,” but a lot less than an actual snow event. However, although seeing #snow of Mt. Diablo is not that rare, seeing Mission Peak covered in the white powder was super rare for #SanFrancisco #Oakland #SanJose residents. Credit: Oakland Photo Vault 2019
