Photos from Halloween evening fun in #SanFrancisco and around the Bay.

Since Halloween fell on a Thursday this year, people in the Bay started celebrating the week before Halloween and eventually "ran out of gas" when the actual holiday showed up.

Of course, the usual transportation by BART didn't help matters either.

Next year, due to a leap year, Halloween will fall on a Saturday meaning revelers won't have an entire week and the Castro will most likely experience the full Halloween might

of the Bay next year.

And we hope to be there with our cameras.
