The city of Oakland (private donors-not the government entity) held its 8th annual Pan-African Family Reunion at the world famous Mosswood Park in Oakland.
Celebrating the cultural impact of the African culture all over the world, residents from around the world danced, partied, and celebrated for hours.
This year's festival was highlighted by the apperance of Black Panther founder Bobby Seale who pleaded with festival goers to get organized and take back their communities.
Be sure to check out the videos we posted of the festival on the home page of this website.
