Taking a record 6 hours to finish, the 2019 Carnival Grand Parade ran longer than the Bay To Breakers and tested the endurance of all the participants.
However, even with the marathon parade (that started to annoy usually stolic San Francisco Police Force) , and a brief appearance by El Nino, the parade still managed to delight crowds lined up in the Mission District.
