Our photos from chaos in the Bay Area as multiple fires are started (in Santa Cruz, San Mateo, Contra Costa, Alameda, Napa, and Solano counties) by a rare lighting storm on August 15 over the Oakland/ San Francisco/ San Jose Bay Area (creating the various "Complex Fires" around the State of California and the Bay Area).
