Being rather "not in the picture" during the beginning of the #Coronavirus lock-down, numerous law enforcement agencies in the Bay have recently begun to "flex their muscle" more recently.
Notably the California Highway Patrol who were ordered to stop California residents, taking advantage of the empty freeways, that were regularly speeding over 100mph.
