Photos of the second of three #Supermoons to grace the skies over the #Oakland #SanFrancisco Bay Area.
Rising above Mission Peak (you can see hikers in some of the photos) in #Fremont #California, the #Snowmoon was quite a sight before it was obscured by clouds from an incoming storm.
Out of the three Supermoons to rise this year, the Snow Moon is considered the biggest and brightest of the trio.
The next Supermoon will rise over the Bay Area on March 21st.
